Founded in 1984, the Automotive Training Centre’s main purpose is to provide students with relevant, practical, job-related training for a career in the automotive industry. Through small class sizes, relevant curriculum and experienced instructors, you receive the training to achieve professional success in your field.

Courses and programs are government-accredited and industry recognized.   • Auto Mechanics and Other Repairers
    • Automotive Body Technician
    Hands-on-training in collision repair, welding, metalwork, plastics, surface preparation and painting. Learn about automobile construction, use of hands tools and body and paint procedures. Industry recognized pre-apprenticeship certificate upon completion.

    Automotive Refinishing Prep Technician
    This program provides students with hands on training and up-to-date information for the occupation Automotive Refinishing Prep Technician. The focus is on a strong foundation of the skills required to ensure the student's successful entry into the auto industry.

    Automotive Wheel Alignment Brake Service Technician
    The curriculum emphasizes diagnostic and repair skills with extensive shop time. Students will test, diagnose, adjust, and repair automotive systems like brakes, suspension and steering, wheels, bearings, alignment, welding, and manual drive train and axles.

    Refinishing Prep & Auto Body Technician
    This program provides students with hands on training and up-to-date information for the occupations of an Auto Body Technician and Automotive Refinishing Prep Technician. The focus is on a strong foundation of the skills required to ensure the student's successful entry into the auto industry.

    • Automotive Detailing
    Learn to professionally detail cars and trucks for automotive showrooms( dealer preparation) and to add value to pre-owned vehicles. The course covers the essentials of preparing a car for the showroom floor and offers hands-on skills in exterior and interior maintenance for used automobiles. Industry recognized certificate.


  • Business / Management / Office Services
    • Automotive Service Technician
    Work in the Service Department. Program focus is on customer service, writing or work-orders, handling of objections and use of specialized software. Industry recognized certificate.
